Sigh... I new there was a reason I only like doing night shifts.

Some dick decided to almost get me fired as he had it in his head that i said he can have a discount, because the price had gone up since he last enquired.
He had the nerve to phone up the place i was covering and my actual place of work!!!! Complaining about this saying I said I would... Turns out the booking desk had given him my name just as I said they could do the group booking. The name of the person that left him the message doesnt even barer any resemblence of my name FFS!

Moral : Think before you name staff... you could end up making us lose our jobs..
